Looking for a change of career – childcare courses
You might be looking for a new career or simply want to know more about caring for your child and dealing with their behaviour. Either way there are plenty of childcare courses available that can help you gain the qualifications you want.
Whether you want to be a nursery nurse or a nanny, are a parent or are simply looking at getting into the childcare industry – there is a course that is right for you.
A childcare qualification gives you credit for the things you can do and allows you to demonstrate your abilities to employers and parents. Being a qualified childcare professional will make you stand out from individuals applying for the same jobs. You will need a good level of education in order to apply but good social and communication skills are also vital.

Clothing that lasts – ladies tweed coat
If you were looking for an addition to your wardrobe that will stand the test of time, you would be wise to invest in a ladies tweed coat. This essential item is great for any woman who wants to look stylish and fashionable, no matter what her age.
As tweed is such a durable and heavy-duty fabric, it wears better over time. I would advise though that when you purchase your coat, try to avoid trendy designs which will quickly go out of fashion. Instead, try and opt for more classic cuts to ensure longevity.
Whether you want outerwear for business or leisure, a tweed coat should be a staple in any woman’s wardrobe.

Learn to recycle your IBM ThinkPad battery
My IBM ThinkPad laptop battery recently expired, and so I bought a new one. The trouble was I was then stuck with a defunct battery that I did not know what to do with. I just didn’t want to throw it away
Then a friend suggested I could recycle it. Recycling had never even entered my head but when I looked into it I found there were several ways we can do our bit for the environment.
I would suggest you firstly check out the manufacturers website, as many now offer a free recycling service. Some council run domestic waste services will also dispose of it for you but this kind of provision is not offered everywhere. In the end I ended up taking mine back to the shop where I bought it and they gladly took the battery away for me.
